To clear the "Low Ink" error, you can click "OK," "Continue," or "✔" to bypass what the printer indicates and use the cartridge directly. Similarly, to clear the "Non-genuine" error, you can click the same buttons to bypass the message and use the cartridge.

If you encounter print quality issues, first ensure that the seal tape is entirely pulled out from the cartridge. Then, gently wipe the bottom area of the cartridge with a damp towel a few times. Finally, perform a Printhead cleaning cycle or Clean cartridge function twice.

To resolve the "ink has run out" error, you can click the "Stop" button on the printer for more than 5 seconds, and the printer will continue printing.

It's important to note that you should avoid updating the printer version frequently to prevent the ink cartridges from not being recognized. If you receive information to update with new firmware, we advise you not to confirm it.
